Jeff Favignano has posted almost 30 minutes of World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing gameplay. Jeff shows gameplay using his Thrustmaster TX Wheel Leather Edition wheel on the Xbox Series X. He also mentions that he will have a career mode video coming soon.
World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing is scheduled to release on September 27 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing will retail for $49.99, while the Gold Edition will be available for $69.99 exclusively via the PlayStation and Xbox stores.
The Gold Edition features all additional downloadable content for the remainder of calendar year 2022, a $35 value; 2022 DLC items will include Limaland Motorsports Park, Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55, and Lucas Oil Speedway, as well as two additional DIRTcar classes, UMP Modifieds and Super DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds. For those who purchase the base game, a Season Pass for downloadable content will be available for $29.99.
World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing is infinitely customizable, so it’s perfect for players of all backgrounds looking to chart their own course through dirt racing. A new Career Mode allows drivers to start as local rookies and advance to national World of Outlaws tours as they upgrade equipment and become more competitive. There are more layers and shapes available in the new Car Creator, so drivers can create just about any design they can imagine. In Career Mode, drivers can race any vehicle at any time.
There are three sprint car divisions: the 305, 360, and 410 Sprint Cars, as well as Pro Late Models, Street Stocks, and Super Late Models in the World of Outlaws. In addition to the 13 licensed tracks in the game, the remaining tracks are themed around American dirt racing with various lengths, layouts, and locales.
