In the patch notes today, EA noted that the Road to the CFP rankings were updated for that online mode in EA Sports College Football 25.

After the tiers were changed from three to five, some of the teams were not really in the correct tier anymore. I would say teams like Tennessee and Penn State, for example, should not have been in Tier 3. The new rankings from this patch seem more in line with expectations. That said, I’ll let you all be the judge, so here are the new rankings.
