Rocket League Season 9 Has Arrived

Rocket League Season 9 begins today featuring the elements of Fire and Ice. The new season includes a new Rocket Pass, Arena variant, Competitive Season and the return of two Limited Time Events. Season 8 Competitive Rewards will be distributed very soon.

• The powerful new Emperor car (Breakout hitbox) stars in this season’s Rocket Pass and, in a Rocket League first, will have four different versions that can be unlocked with Rocket Pass Premium: Emperor, Emperor II, and two Fire and Ice themed Special Edition versions in the Pro Tiers, Emperor II: Frozen and Emperor II: Scorched. The Rocket Pass will also include additional Fire and Ice Special Edition items.
• The elemental dragons of Forbidden Temple (Fire & Ice) have been released and have covered the Arena in permafrost and lava for Season 9.
• The winter holiday-themed Frosty Fest and music-themed Neon Nights Limited Time Events will both make a return later this season.
