David Winter, president of Canuck Play Inc., has provided an update on the status of official college licensing in Doug Flutie’s Maximum Football 2019.

Unfortunately, we won’t see any official college licenses in the game.

If they received NCAA licensing, the NCAA wanted them to remove all customization. Since it remains unlicensed, Doug Flutie’s Maximum Football 2019 can offer customization.
