NHL 22 Roster Sharing Coming in December - Franchise Mode and Be a Pro Video & Details

NHL 22 roster sharing is coming in December. That’s huge news and something the community has been requesting for years. The post-launch update will allow custom roster creators the ability to share their rosters throughout the community and import them into Franchise Mode.

  • It will show how many times a roster has been downloaded
  • Users can search for specific files, most downloaded, most liked, etc.
  • Creators can edit players, create new players, change ratings, attributes, X-Factors

Roster creators can actually start creating their rosters when the game launches and upload them to the community once the roster sharing update goes live. Once again, the team is currently working hard to stay true to a December release date, so let’s hope they come through.

The team also provided Franchise Mode and Be a Pro Mode details in the latest deep dive video. Information on X-Factor Archetypes, Be a Pro Abilities, conversation system and storylines are included in the first half of the video. The rest of the video discusses the expanded likeability and legacy meter, Seattle Kraken and expansion, X-Factor scouting and X-Factor line chemistry. For those of you looking for NHL 22 Hockey Ultimate Team details, those are scheduled to arrive on Wednesday, October 6.

The Standard Edition of NHL 22 releases on October 15 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. The X-Factor Edition launches 3 days earlier and includes bonus in-game content. The NHL 22 trial arrives for EA Play and Xbox Game Pass on October 7.
