New Star GP Available Today on Steam Early Access
New Star Games has announced New Star GP will be available on Steam Early Access on August 8 featuring arcade action with crisp retro visuals. Career mode will be included, allowing players to progress through multiple decades of racing, while enhancing your car and support team.
UPDATE: (8-8) New Star GP is available today on Steam Early Access for $17.99. Players who opt for Early Access will receive a free exclusive Lucas 05 body-shell, which can be viewed in the gameplay video below.
Initially, New Star GP players will experience races from the 80’s and 90’s, featuring 56 individual race events set in renowned racing venues like Brisbane, Quebec and Côte D’Azur. As Early Access progresses towards its full release, the studio has plans to expand the Career Mode, incorporating upcoming decades of racing, introducing fresh cars, locations, tracks and rivals.
In Championship Mode, players can choose from various championships to participate in, whether in single-player mode or with the company of up to three friends in multiplayer.
New Star GP is set to make its debut on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One later this year. Additional information about the console versions will be announced soon. Fans can wishlist the game on Steam now.
