NCAA Football 14 Dynasty Mode Story: The Career of J.D. Clark
In what is one of the longer running threads on the entirety of Operation Sports, OS user Hellisan is another long-time vet and someone who has been working through an NCAA Football 14 dynasty since 2014.
Of course, the last NCAA Football game was NCAA Football 14 so it makes sense, but what’s cool here is even when the thread maybe goes dormant for extended periods, Helli always returns and continues to create something that’s really enjoyable to read. The dynasty was originally started and named after J.D. Clark, which is Helli’s grandfather who he was honoring by naming the dynasty after him.
The dynasty started at Idaho with the Vandals, but at this point Coach Clark’s made his way to Iowa to dominate with the Hawkeyes. Helli spices up things by imposing things like “suspensions” and other little inventions to make it a little harder on himself while still being engaging with great game reports and news from the recruiting world.
Seeing what Hellisan has done to keep this dynasty mode alive is inspiring all on its own for those of us out there who love to read and create this sort of content as well. That said, it also gives me hope that we’ll see a whole new batch of exciting dynasty mode stories once EA Sports College Football 25 hits over the summer.
Until that time, I hope Hellisan keeps plugging away here because his thread is almost an institution all on its own at this point.
