Mutant Football League 2 Announced - Some Screenshots & Features Revealed

Digital Dreams Entertainment has announced development for Mutant Football League 2. The sequel to the classic arcade football game, is underway with more features, plays, multiplayer and more.

The reborn and modernized Mutant Football League 2 is an 8-on-8 arcade-style, fully 3D sports video game where a variety of gruesome creatures take to the gridiron to battle it out in the most violent game ever played! The hilarious and brutal parody of professional American football will introduce a new generation of gamers to some of the wildest, most bloodthirsty superstar players to ever strap on shoulder spikes.

Some early features have been revealed…

• Substantially higher level of presentation quality thanks to physically based rendering
• Improved lighting and shadow effects, smoother animations, and a more advanced collision system
• Hits harder than the original with new Dirty Tricks and expanded roles for All Stars

• Adding an eighth player to the field, raising the number of receivers to four

• Draft MFL players to your roster in the new and improved Dynasty Supreme franchise mode

Mutant Football League 2 is coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC. A release date hasn’t been announced, but we’ll keep everyone in the loop when we hear more.
