MotoGP 24 Riders Market Trailer and More Details

The brand new Riders Market feature for MotoGP 24 will offer  roster updates for every in-game season for the first time in the franchise’s history. Riders across all categories have the opportunity to switch teams, seeking the best fit for them. This initiative ensures that each season and the Championship as a whole delivers distinct experiences, unexpected scenarios and challenges on your journey.

As seasons unfold, both the AI and the player may encounter proposals to switch teams, presenting an array of exciting yet believable scenarios. The Riders Market operates under a set of rules governing these transfers, weaving rider performance with team prestige and aspirations. Consequently, riders will receive offers based on their past achievements, while teams assess them in line with their own objectives. For example, a rising talent like Jorge Martín could be recruited to elevate the Honda MotoGP team to new heights.

Last year, Turning Points and Rivalries were introduced for a more dynamic Career mode, focusing on performance and choices. This philosophy is closely followed and enhanced by the Riders Market. Strong results in a lower-tier team can lead to contention for a spot in a top team, potentially displacing the incumbent rider. However, failing to secure a new contract could result in exclusion from the season, with a possible return after a year or two to assist struggling teams. Similarly, underperforming teams may see their top riders seek better opportunities elsewhere. Performance and choices, both on and off the track, are crucial and supported by the Rivalry System and social network interactions.

MotoGP 24 releases on May 2 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC. The game will feature all of the official riders and tracks of the 2024 season for the MotoGP, Moto2, Moto3 and MotoE categories along with a new Riders Market, Stewards and more.
