Built on Unreal Engine 5, Monster Jam Showdown utilizes cutting-edge technology to craft lifelike environments unseen in previous Milestone games, featuring rich graphical details and an innovative lighting system that enhances gameplay possibilities and the physics system.

In addition to experiencing official competitions, players can drive iconic trucks in unique environments and a variety of events that amplify the excitement of the sport. Notably, the game includes 66 official Monster Jam trucks with 40 in the base game and 26 available through free or premium DLCs, along with over 140 paint schemes for customization.

In an effort to faithfully replicate Monster Jam live events, fans will compete in three venue categories: American Football fields, baseball stadiums and speedways, featuring rectangular, diamond and oval layouts. Players can drive their favorite Monster Jam trucks across three original environments inspired by the American wilderness: Death Valley’s barren desert, Colorado’s lush forests and rivers and Alaska’s snowy mountains. Offering a variety of arcade experiences both online and offline, including split-screen, Monster Jam Showdown includes 10 game modes, ranging from head-to-head racing to specially designed events.

To capture the excitement of controlling 1,500 horsepower mechanical monsters, Monster Jam Showdown features arcade gameplay with customizable driving aids. This ensures that players of all skill levels can enjoy executing massive maneuvers and dynamic stunts, while Milestone’s technology delivers authentic physics for an accessible yet rewarding gaming experience.
