MLB The Show 20 Roster Update: Greinke, Merrifield and Nola Join Diamond Ranks

There is not as much action in this week’s roster update when compared to last week’s wild fluctuations. We have three players who went diamond (Greinke returns to diamond in this case), and otherwise no one lost diamond status. There were some players who jumped up to gold as others fell from gold. Lastly, Shane Bieber continued his meteoric rise, as did Fernando Tatis Jr. Here’s a look at the full MLB The Show 20 August 20 roster update.

Going Up

  • Aaron Nola, Whit Merrifield, Zack Greinke all went gold to diamond.
  • Shane Bieber gets yet another upgrade here (+2) to 89 overall.
  • Fernando Tatis Jr. is just behind with another +3 boost to 88 overall.
  • Sonny Gray also continued his upward momentum with another +1 to 86 overall.

  • Luke Voit, Alex Verdugo, Brandon Lowe, Jose Iglesias, Max Friend and Robinson Cano all went fom silver to gold. Brandon Lowe getting a +4 boost leads the pack in this group.
Going Down
