Headliners Set 17 Spencer Howard replaces Gold Glove Award Jason Heyward in Headliners packs today. Future Stars Spencer Howard is a 95 overall. Future Stars Luis Patino still beats him out in overall rating, but otherwise Howard’s right near the top of the list of highest overall starting pitchers in the community market.

As a prospect, Howard is a bit of an unknown to the masses so here’s the general breakdown. He has a five-pitch mix of a high 90s four-seam fastball, changeup, slider, curveball and cutter. He also comes equipped with some very intriguing perks.
