MLB The Show 20: 6th Inning Program Guide and Overview
The 5th Inning Program had new content up until yesterday, but now we set our sights on a 6th Inning Program guide. As usual, the best player rewards will be at 300 stars, and this reward structure overall is the most generous yet (as to be expected).
The 300 star boss players are Signature Series Greg Maddux, Signature Series Jimmy Rollins and MVP Stan Musial. All three players are 99 overall, and all three players provide some unique traits in the current landscape.
Maddux has arguably the best top-to-bottom control in the game. Rollins is arguably the best SS in the game when factoring in that he’s a switch hitter. Musial has absolutely nutty hitting stats and has 1B flexibility on defense to get his bronze defense to a less damaging spot on the diamond. Rollins and Maddux are probably more unique than Musial in what they provide, but Musial’s raw attributes keep his name in the conversation.

Below you can find your 6th Inning Program guide and breakdown. This guide will change and update as more content is released.
Showdown
The entry fee here is 500 stubs. The Final Showdown should usually be against Greg Maddux, and your final reward this time includes a Headliners Set 34 pack, which is a nice touch.
Winning the Showdown will net you +70 program stars. Along the way, the same general reward structure is in place but with slight bonuses now. So now you basically break even by beating two challenges rather than even having to beat the first mini boss. You’ll get two Show packs and a gold player pack as rewards along the way as well if you beat certain challenges.
Conquest
This time around we have four strongholds to capture, and the White Sox have one of the more unique starting setups I have ever seen on a Conquest map. This appears to be a fish of sorts, and there should be plenty of good secret rewards in this map considering how generous SDS is being elsewhere in this program. You will get a Ballin’ Is A Habit pack for capturing the strongholds, and 10 The Show packs for capturing every territory.
Be sure to steal 3 million fans along the way as well to complete that last challenge that you might miss, and this will net you +30 program stars.
