The Team of the Year has arrived in Madden 20 MUT. It is highlighted by big names like Russell Wilson, Aaron Donald and DeAndre Hopkins. You can also get one of the better rewards that have been offered all season by completing a specific numbers of Solos.
Yes, by getting 90 stars, you can get a random non-tradeable TOTY player from one of the three categories (offense, defense, special teams). It will take roughly 1.5-2 hours to knock out enough challenges to get that reward.
All in all, there are 30 new cards available today broken up into three categories. The highest-rated players are Russell Wilson and Aaron Donald at 97 overall. Otherwise it is a mixture of 96 and 95 overall players.
Also, be aware these the prices for these TOTY cards are rather inflated right now. I don’t think prices are going to come down a ton in the next couple days, but you are probably overpaying right now if you buy most of these players in the auction house
Now, let’s get to the rest of the guide.
MUT Team Of The Year Cards
Specialists
- Chris Godwin (96)
- Mecole Hardman (95
- Tarik Cohen (95)
- Patrick Ricard (95)
- Everson Griffen (95)
- Geno Atkins (95)
- Cory Littleton (95)
- Jonathan Jones (95)
- Zane Gonzalez (95)
- Tress Way (95)
Hardman is very fast and seems to be one of the more popular players here so far. He does not get Human Joystick yet because he does not have a Power Up, but I assume people think that will happen at some point.
Offense
- Russell Wilson (97)
- Nick Chubb (96)
- Michael Thomas (96)
- DeAndre Hopkins (96)
- George Kittle (96)
- Jason Peters (96)
- Joel Bitonio (96)
- Ryan Jensen (96)
- Zack Martin (96)
- Braden Smith (96)
Russell Wilson has access to all the best abilities and seems like the most balanced QB in the game now. He does not reach the top of any one category, he’s just very good at everything. Elsewhere, Michael Thomas is a little slow, and George Kittle should remain the favorite at TE.
Defense
- Aaron Donald (97)
- Grady Jarrett (96)
- Calais Campbell (96)
- Chandler Jones (96)
- Luke Kuechly (96)
- Za’Darius Smith (96)
- Tre’Davious White (96)
- Casey Hayward Jr. (96)
- Minkah Fitzpatrick (96)
- Jamal Adams (96)
Aaron Donald has been meta almost all season long, and nothing really changes here. Many people will have him at 99 overall at this point, and he’s a monster in every sense of the word.
