How PlayStation 5 DualSense Controller Haptic Feedback and Adaptive Triggers Work in F1 22
PlayStation has posted details on how the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller haptic feedback and adaptive triggers work in F1 22. By using the PS5 DualSense controller’s haptics, players can experience collisions and surfaces more realistically. For example, when riding over a curb on the right side, you will feel that side of the controllers shake.
Adaptive triggers assist players under braking and accelerating. When locking up the tires or during wheelspin, the resistance in the triggers will increase. As for the DualSense controller speaker, players can hear the engineer relaying information and track data while leaving your main audio free for engine roars and tire squeals.
Earlier this morning we posted our F1 22 hands-on preview of The Life and Career Mode. So make sure to check that out if you missed it.
F1 22 is scheduled to release on July 1 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC via the EA App, Origin, Steam, and the Epic Game Store.
