Gran Turismo 7 Patch 1.23 Adds New Cars and Scapes

Gran Turismo 7 patch 1.23 arrived earlier today adding three new cars along with California II and Tokyo II Scapes. The new cars include the 2019 Volkswagen ID.R, 1994 Nissan Silvia K’s Type S (S14) and Porsche Vision Gran Turismo Spyder.
