Field of Dreams Flashback Bosses

Field of Dreams Program Breakdown

With the All-Stars of the Franchise Program wrapped up, we’re changing gears now for a truncated Field of Dreams Program to coincide with MLB’s summer showcase event. Because this Field of Dreams Program is a shorter one, the breakdown will also be shorter. We have 10 days to rocket through this program, and included in it are nine bosses, four of which we can earn by playing the game. They are broken out into Future Stars, Legends, and Flashback Bosses packs.

Bottom Line

There is always going to be a little bit of a comedown after a mega program like the All-Stars one. That said, there are not a lot of exciting bosses here going by name alone. Yadier Molina getting his first major card of the year is intriguing for the catcher position, but otherwise it’s Al Kaline and Ron Santo (neither usually very popular in DD) getting the other leftover buzz. Oneil Cruz could be fun as well, but we’ve seen him already this year with other diamonds.

It feels like this program will be overshadowed by the Ken Griffey Jr. Program in a couple days, but we probably have a couple “low-end” Featured Programs to motor through before the next major one hits once September rolls around. On the bright side, there
