The team mentions crossplay will not be included at launch, but could possibly be added at a later time. Cross-platform is supported for your created golfer across PC, PlayStation and Xbox.

The current live service timeline will feature the major courses for 2023, which include Oak Hill, Los Angeles Country Club, Royal Liverpool, and Olympia Fields as part of the FedExCup series, as well as Marco Simone for the Ryder Cup. These will be made available prior to each major championship. Additional updates during golf’s major events like The Majors, FedExCup, and Ryder Cup will include new and engaging content related to both current and historical golf events.

The devs spoke about the 30FPS limit on consoles in our interview but mentioned in the FAQ they are looking into ways to add higher frame rates in the future. Thankfully the PC version has an unlocked frame rate.

While the game will include altitude and wind factors it won’t feature dynamic weather or time of day. As mentioned previously, the 3-click swing option will arrive shortly after launch.

Make sure to read up on the customizable gameplay styles and which game modes are available both online and offline. Also be sure to read our interview with the developers here, just in case you missed it.
