NBA 2K24 brings back Seasons, which was introduced in NBA 2K22 as a replacement for the longtime REP system (which also is back by the way). It’s the same as before where you can play games and get your XP level up until you reach level 40. However, there is one big change that has arrived to the game and that is the ability to pay to skip levels.
So if you’re willing to pull out the credit/debit card, you can skip levels from one all the way to 40. Skipping one level will cost $1.99 while skipping to level 40 will cost $77.61. Otherwise, you can just continue to ball like normal and grind it out the old fashioned way on the court.
Another change, and one that’s welcome, is that both MyCareer and MyTeam rewards are together. In the last couple of NBA 2Ks, you would go back and forth between getting MC and MT rewards, which was frustrating for players who didn’t play both modes. Now, you’ll receive both an MC and MT reward every time you level up instead of it being one or the other.
One other thing I’ll mention before we list the rewards is that a couple of these play a huge role for badges this year if you play MyCareer/Park. Badges can progress and regress over time, depending on your play style. For example; if you like to shoot limitless threes, you’ll see that badge progress. However, if you stop shooting them, then the badge regresses. So, there are rewards you can earn called “Floor Setters” that stop badges from regressing once you place the setter on the badge you want.
But without further delay, here are the rewards that are on offer for Season 1 of NBA 2K24.
